Trumpeter Swans are Back in Minnesota — Medina Community news

Minnesota is home to some truly remarkable wildlife success stories, and the majestic trumpeter swan is one of the most inspiring. Carrol Henderson spent years with the DNR and is credited with bringing trumpeter swans back to the state, even capturing the early restoration efforts in a stunning photo from the 1980s. He joined Minnesota Live to share his passion for birds and wildlife, and a link to his wildlife books is available here. The post Trumpeter Swans are Back in Minnesota first appeared on KSTP.com 5 Eyewitness News.
